Reporting form

Have you witnessed child sexual abuse outside the Netherlands, or do you have information about that? Please fill in this reporting form. Provide as many details as possible. Information that seems unimportant may actually be the missing link in a police investigation. The hotline will treat all reports strictly confidentially.

Describe in detail what happened and what made the situation suspicious. If you did not witness the suspicious situation yourself, please indicate how you obtained the information (from whom/what).

  • Naam restaurant, markt, club, strand, hotel & kamernummer, of andere locatie
  • Street (use GeoTag if possible)
  • City
  • Country
  • Was dit tijdens een activiteit? Zo ja, welke

Provide as much information as possible about all suspects involved:

  • Number of suspects

  • Name (if known)

  • Age (or an estimate)

  • Nationality and/or language/dialect
  • Gender (M/F)

  • Kleding, haarkleur/haarstijl, geschat gewicht/postuur en lengte
  • Opvallende kenmerken (tattoo, sieraden, piercings)
  • Merk en kleur auto, (kleur) nummerbord

Provide as much information as possible about all suspected victims:

  • Number of suspected victims
  • Name and address (if known)

  • Age (or an estimate)

  • Nationality and/or language/dialect
  • Gender (M/F)

  • Kleding, haarkleur/haarstijl, geschat gewicht/postuur en lengte
  • Opvallende kenmerken (tattoo, sieraden, piercings)

Provide as much information about them as possible (name, nationality, appearance).

Anonymous reporting is possible (see option 3), but the chances of success are considerably reduced.

If your safety is not in danger by reporting the suspicious situation, we urge you not to report anonymously (see option 1).

Another possibility is that only the hotline has your contact details and does not share them with the police (see option 2). The hotline then acts as an intermediary for further questions from the police.
